Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. As an RN Field Nurse, you will develop and implement care plans, ensure patient discharge planning, and work with a supportive leadership team to excel in the HomeHealth field.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Facilitate patient discharge planning.
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates need to obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train for IV functions.
