Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. As part of our HomeHealth division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Create discharge plans for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Active DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to be trained in IV functions.

$32.00 - $44.00 per hour
