Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)-Float,Nights to join our team at Denver Health. As a critical member of our healthcare system, you will be part of a team that values humanity, triumph in hardship, and transformation in health. This position involves floating to various in-patient areas and the Emergency Department to provide high-quality care to our healthcare consumers, adhering to professional nursing standards and promoting excellence in patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, and communities to identify health or safety problems.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Monitor and report symptoms, changes in patient's condition, and vital signs.
• Develop and modify patient care plans according to responses and conditions.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Administer nursing care, medications, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Post High School Diploma or Certificate Program.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• RN-Registered Nurse license from DORA.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
