Registered Nurse (RN) Hybrid, Outpatient Float Team

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Float Team at Denver Health. As a member of our team, you will provide patient care and education in an outpatient setting to diverse patients of all ages. The position involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care, facilitate patient outcomes, and uphold professional nursing standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, educate, and train clinic team members.
• Develop and modify patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Conduct nursing assessments and communicate findings to the team.
• Advocate for patients and families while promoting excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing program.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficiency in medical equipment usage and patient care administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
