Unit Manager Position Qualifications
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and maintain good relations.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of nursing care and clinical practice specific to the specialty.
- Promote patient independence and resolve patient problems effectively.
- Proficiency in written/verbal English skills and computer literacy.
Certifications/Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Current RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and other necessary credentials.
