Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mom & Baby unit at Denver Health. As an essential part of the healthcare team, you will provide compassionate care to postpartum mothers and newborns, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess the health needs of individuals and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs.
- Develop and modify patient care plans based on individual responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Administer nursing care, medications, and provide health education.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing required.
- Valid BLS and RN licenses.
- Strong knowledge of professional nursing practices and patient care.
- Ability to use medical equipment and maintain effective patient relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation preferred.
