Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

Atrium Health is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of RN experience and a passion for delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist the manager in daily operations of the unit.
• Coordinate patient care, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise nursing personnel, facilitate communication, and promote dialogue within the team.
• Participate in patient, employee, and physician rounding to assess and improve care quality.
• Assist in evaluating progress, coordinating patient flow, and managing staffing needs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred.
• BSN required, previous management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required, professional certification within 1 year.
