Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based plans and provide safe nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to set measurable goals and outcomes for patients.
• Supervise and support clinic team members to ensure effective patient care and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed patient reports and records for continuity of care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and clinical documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
