Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatrics team at Denver Health. As part of this 20-bed unit, you will provide compassionate care for common pediatric illnesses and specialized services. This position requires adherence to professional nursing standards and ethical practices to ensure outstanding patient safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess individual and community health needs.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor patient conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify patient care plans.
- Administer nursing care and medication, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Continuously improve patient care through critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Less than 1 year of experience, with direct patient care experience preferred.
- Current BLS and RN licenses.
- Proficiency in medical equipment usage and Microsoft Office Suite.
