Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Winter Park Medical Center, located in Colorado. As an ambulatory care services (ACS) RN, you will provide patient-centered care to individuals, families, and community members, promoting excellence in healthcare consumer safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based care plans and provide patient education.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to set goals and strategies for patient care.
- Supervise and support clinic team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments.
- Promote a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
- Valid BLS/CPR and RN licenses.
- Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
