Registered Nurse (RN) - Southwest Pena Urgent Care Clinic (PRN)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Southwest Pena Urgent Care Clinic on a PRN basis. As a key member of our ambulatory care services department, you will provide patient-centered care, education, and support to individuals and families across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Partner with patients and interdisciplinary teams to establish goals and strategies for care.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members to ensure quality patient care delivery.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficient in medical equipment use, critical thinking, and communication skills.
