Registered Nurse (RN) - Winter Park, CO - PRN!

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Winter Park Medical Center in Denver Health. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide quality care to healthcare consumers, applying critical thinking and evidence-based practices to ensure excellence in patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals, families, and communities to identify health or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Monitor and report symptoms, vital signs, and patient condition changes.
• Develop and modify patient care plans.
• Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team for patient care.
• Administer nursing care and medications.
• Promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• One year of experience in direct patient care preferred.
• BLS and RN licenses required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC documentation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, react in emergency situations, and maintain positive patient relationships.
