Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Women and Children's Unit at Central Vermont Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing collaborative, high-quality, and family-centered care to our patients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of board-certified OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, experienced labor and delivery nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Unit Description
Our Women and Children's Unit features 4 LDRP suites with labor tubs, 6 inpatient rooms, 3 observation rooms, and a fully equipped Operating Room. Our leadership fosters a supportive environment that prioritizes the professional and personal development of our team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to women and children.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of patients.
- Adhere to best practices and standards in labor and delivery.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
