As a Registered Nurse in Long-term Acute Care (LTAC), you will provide high-quality patient care, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure timely and precise documentation. Responsibilities

• Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers.
• Conduct systematic patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Interpret diagnostic data and respond to critical situations following nursing standards.
• Advocate for patients, provide education and support to patients and families.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote a positive professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience.
• Active RN license and Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD clearance.
• Strong work history with professional references.
