Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit
• Conduct initial and on-going systematic patient assessments
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Interpret assessments and diagnostic data
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Respond to life-saving situations
• Act as a patient advocate providing education and support
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service

Credentials Required

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required
• Verifiable work history and professional references required
