Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data.
- Promote quality improvement.
- Respond to life-saving situations.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Active RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
