We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Santa Fe, NM. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, conducting assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Job Features

• Receive and process patient admissions and transfers.
• Conduct systematic patient assessments and document findings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
