Paradigm Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help individuals reconnect with their environment and enhance their quality of life.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions for rehabilitation purposes.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
• CPR Certification.
