As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and relationship management while meeting established goals. Responsibilities

• Master knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Provide high-quality and friendly customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet performance goals and participate in sales campaigns.
• Open new accounts and provide necessary information to customers.
• Maintain branch security and safety procedures.
• Retain existing customers and establish new relationships.
• Participate in bank functions and community events.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of business or retail experience.
