Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue from existing accounts and managing a portfolio of clients at a corporate level. Your responsibilities will include maintaining positive client relationships, delivering performance reporting, advocating for client needs internally, and contributing to the profitability of Waste Harmonics through the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall customer experience and serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.
- Understand client priorities and contractual requirements, creating and implementing Account Plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate contacts, facilitating corporate initiatives internally.
- Advise clients on reporting, conduct reviews, and act as a client advocate for issue resolution.
- Collaborate internally to implement new customer sites and achieve key objectives.
- Analyze client financial performance, facilitate contract renewals, and drive revenue growth through upselling.
- Stay informed about the industry landscape and anticipate changes affecting service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Analytical, sales-focused, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer success and CRM software such as Salesforce.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements
This role involves working in a home office environment with moderate noise levels. Travel may be required.
Compensation
Salary Range: $59,200 - $84,000 Annually
