Job Description
We are hiring Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our team at TOYOTI1. As part of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance and managing advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Maintain and repair robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school.
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial environment.
- Exceptional skills in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and mechanical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, alone or in teams.
- Strong safety orientation.
