Job Description
TOYOTI1 is currently seeking Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc. (TNA) in White, Georgia. As a Reliability Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing preventive maintenance on our advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Maintain and repair robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
- Demonstrate expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Be willing to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Exceptional mechanical abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings, with a high focus on safety.
