TOYO Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc. (TNA) is seeking Reliability Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, at least five years of mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, and expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system preventive maintenance. The role involves working day or night shifts that may include weekends and holidays in a non-temperature-controlled environment. Key success indicators include effective learning, problem-solving capability, positive attitude, multitasking, safety orientation, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Education Requirements

• Associate's or better in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field.
