Job Description
TOYOTI1 is seeking dedicated and skilled Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team at Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing, Inc. (TNA) in White, Georgia. As part of our innovative and environmentally conscious production facility, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and upkeep of our advanced machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Demonstrate exceptional mechanical abilities.
- Be willing to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and safety orientation.
- Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds.
