Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a LifeBridge Health facility in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Allied Health team, you will provide crucial services and education to dialysis patients, ensuring their nutritional well-being and adherence to health policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and caregivers.
- Monitor patient progress, lab results, and adherence to dietary recommendations.
- Collaborate with the medical team and participate in care plan development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical nutrition.
