Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a LifeBridge Health facility in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide essential nutritional services and education to dialysis patients, ensuring their well-being and compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate interventions and recommendations.
- Develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
- Monitor and review patients' progress, lab results, and adherence to dietary guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and nutrition-related information accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is required.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland or relevant location.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian in clinical nutrition.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
