Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Our team prioritizes prompt, state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical patient care, supervising staff, and adhering to healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing renal dialysis treatments.
- Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain competency and proficiency in nursing practice.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Certification in BLS from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
