Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care and clinical direction to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in professional growth and development activities.
- Supervise and lead the care team effectively.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
