Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As a staff nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care and guidance for a shift of patients.
- Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor staff members.
- Continuous professional development to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Certification in BLS from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
