Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center's Renal Dialysis Program. This part-time position requires a commitment to weekend shifts and offers the opportunity to provide innovative and urgent care for end-stage renal disease patients. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality treatment and ensuring positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care and direction in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Care for complex patients and continuously expand your knowledge and skills.
- Serve as a clinical leader and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff and maintain a warm and welcoming dialysis environment.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn specific applications.
