Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Working in a warm and welcoming environment, you will deliver state-of-the-art care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care to a variety of complex patients.
- Develop professional growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
