Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider under LifeBridge Health. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to end-stage renal disease patients in our innovative Renal Dialysis Program. You will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and state-of-the-art treatments, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis, within a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient nursing care to complex patients.
- Assume clinical leadership for a patient shift, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience and basic computer skills required.
