Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. This part-time position requires a weekend commitment on the day shift, from 5:00am to 1:30pm. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for providing innovative and timely treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. This includes care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients in a patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients requiring renal dialysis treatments.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously seek professional growth and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
