Job Description
Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Program. In this role, you will provide urgent and innovative care for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, focusing on acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care and direction to patients.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff and maintain a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, including med surge, critical, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience and proficiency in basic computer skills.
