Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description

We are hiring a Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our team, you will ensure our rental vehicles meet quality standards and are ready for customers. This dynamic role involves inspecting vehicles, updating vehicle status using handheld devices, coordinating vehicle movement, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior of rental vehicles.
• Update vehicle information using mobile devices.
• Coordinate vehicle logistics within airport lots.
• Assist customers with a focus on exceptional service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and all shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive a variety of vehicles.
