Replenisher/Item Maintenance - Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Replenisher/Item Maintenance for a full-time position with Buchheit Inc. As part of the Buying Office, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels for our Distribution Center and retail locations, managing item maintenance, and ensuring accurate data entry into our systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter data accurately into the central database.
• Collate and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
• Review inventory levels and interact daily with suppliers.
• Track orders, ensure on-time deliveries, and handle discrepancies.
• Assist in procurement activities and vendor maintenance.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, work under time constraints, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

This position involves sitting for up to 8 hours a day, constant use of hands and fingers, and occasional standing, walking, pushing/pulling, reaching, and lifting.
