As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their well-being and maintaining their independence.
Responsibilities
- Caring for residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort.
- Assisting with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Aiding in tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, and dining support.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition.
- Conducting rounds to ensure resident safety.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- CNA certification is a plus.
- Ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
