Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to join our team at The Bungalows At Springfield East. As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of Personalized Service Plans.
• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Ensure residents' safety and comfort at all times.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.

Educational Requirements

• High school education preferred.
• Prior experience working with elders or disabled individuals is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform personal care duties.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
