We have an exciting opening for a Residential Associate position. Residential Associates work as members of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. Responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills, therapeutic interventions, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication administration, and clinical documentation.
Work Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Part Time, Swing)
What You'll Make$20.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the ProgramRockwood is a 5-bed, licensed Residential Treatment Home located in Gresham, OR, serving individuals affected by mental illness with complex medical and behavioral health challenges.

What You'll Need- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- 1 out of 3 Criteria below: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, 3 years verifiable behavioral health experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Valid Oregon driver’s license, safe driving record, pass DHS criminal background check
- Physical abilities, including lifting up to 40 pounds, completing crisis de-escalation, and CPR trainings
