Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. This position involves providing clinical services for our Manzanita Ridge SRTF, Madrone Ridge SRTF, and McKenzie Ridge SRTF programs in Junction City, Oregon. The role includes conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, updating treatment plans, offering clinical oversight to facility staff, and liaising with community providers. As a Residential Therapist, you will be responsible for assisting with training and clinical supervision of Residential Associates, ensuring the residents' mental health needs are met in a secure residential setting.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
Salary
$6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Experience in mental health treatment settings.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
