Resp Ther Team Leader - Respiratory Care - Kettering - FT/Days

We are looking for a driven Resp Ther Team Leader to join our Respiratory Care team at Kettering Health Network. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical respiratory care, serving as a role model for our mission and values. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our network initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level clinical respiratory care under indirect technical supervision as assigned by the manager.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Kettering Health Network's mission, vision, and values.
• Provide leadership, education, and guidance to team members, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Motivate and empower employees to perform at their best while maintaining clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• RRT or RCP licensed in the State of Ohio.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory, Education, or Business preferred.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care.
• Current ACLS, BLS certifications and active AARC membership.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Respiratory preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Willingness to work 8 hours admin per pay period and every fourth weekend.
