Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
- Lead and develop the hourly team
- Manage support functions such as hourly payroll and scheduling
- Maintain facility standards and uphold excellence in hospitality
- Assist the General Manager with employee relations
- Establish and enhance community relations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to train others on Shack operations
- Drive hospitality and inspire team members
- Coach and develop staff
- Minimum 1 year of P&L responsibilities
