Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at El Monte Sagrado's De La Tierra restaurant in Taos, NM. As a valued member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests and maintaining a culture of outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Support the Food & Beverage Director/Restaurant Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional environment for employees and guests.
- Manage service flow and staffing levels during shifts.
- Schedule Front of House team members and assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for customer service, order expediting, and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure a high level of food safety and sanitation.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- 1-2 years of kitchen supervision experience or equivalent.
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
- Proficiency in Restaurant Point of Sale systems.
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed in a restaurant environment.
