Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will champion Retail strategic initiatives and uphold our core values to preserve the brand's essence and outdoor lifestyle concept.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure staff members do the same.
- Implement visual merchandising plans to create an outstanding brand experience.
- Communicate and prioritize visual merchandising strategies consistently.
- Ensure accurate implementation of merchandise plans and seasonal floor set directives.
- Execute store marketing directives including promotions and pricing effectively.
- Contribute to employee recruitment, hiring, and development.
- Promote and enhance the Learn, Try, Buy, and Enjoy experience.
- Lead compliance with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years retail experience in a high-traffic environment.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and experience in apparel departments.
- Business acumen to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively.
- Proven leadership capabilities in motivating and developing teams.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with exceptional communication skills.
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
