Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Education and Benefits
