Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Give feedback to management, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
