Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative (Part-time) to join our team at CROSSMARK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting nationally recognized products at well-known retail stores. Your responsibilities will include executing business plans, building strong relationships with store management, and ensuring brand objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote new and promotional items to secure shelf placement.
- Build and maintain product displays for maximum visibility.
- Establish rapport with store staff to drive product awareness.
- Ensure compliance with planograms, pricing, and signage.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills; training provided for Tablet and Scanner use.
- Availability of a mobile device with Internet access.
- Ability to lift items up to 25lbs regularly and up to 60lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to transport necessary materials.
