Retail Store Guest Service Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Store Guest Service Specialist to join our team at Juut Midwest, Inc. As a Retail Store Associate, you will represent Juut and Aveda product lines at our Woodbury Retail Store, embodying the Juut Guiding Principles and Beliefs to create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain merchandise in store fixtures.
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide exceptional guest service and product knowledge.
• Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
• Execute merchandising displays and product resets.
• Adhere to company policies and standards including loss prevention measures.
• Promote services offered at the Woodbury Lakes location.
• Assist with other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with point of sale systems is a plus.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.
