Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of retail merchandising, reset and remodel projects, and sales activities in a designated territory. You will play a crucial role in managing a team, ensuring quality project completion, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, manage, train, and engage a team to execute projects effectively.
- Ensure quality execution by conducting in-store audits and assisting with project completion.
- Direct and assist with project work including reading planograms, installing fixtures, and operating equipment.
- Strategically plan work techniques, equipment, materials, and team schedules.
- Set and manage project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and use of technology and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or related retail experience and training.
- Valid driver's license.
- Supervisory experience with 10 - 100 employees.
- Ability to work in office and field environments, with extensive local travel.
- Physical ability to lift and move items, drive a vehicle, and perform physical tasks.
- English language skills required; bilingual skills may be a plus.
