Job Description

Great Falls Clinic is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle for the Great Falls Market. As a key member of the leadership team, you will define and support department goals, manage billing and claims processes, ensure revenue integrity, and excel in accounts receivable management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or health administration, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience in a multi-facility organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise revenue cycle operations to achieve department goals.
• Manage billing and claims processes, collections, and revenue integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle workflows and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or health administration.
• 5+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience in a multi-facility organization.
• Strong knowledge of hospital and physician practice operations, billing/collection practices, and coding.
